The mat-based Pilates classes use a wide range of interesting small equipment such as foam rollers, thera bands, exer-balls and soft weights. No two weeks are the same, and the term is designed to progress in challenge as your strength builds. The classes have a fun, laid-back feel to them with a delightful flow. Classes are offered for complete beginners, for those with an active level of fitness, and at an advanced level.
