I have been going to Kelly's Pilates classes for several years now and can't recommend them highly enough!
Kelly has such a motivational and positive demeanour, and her teaching is underpinned by excellent anatomical knowledge.
Classes are pacy, varied and fun, and although they can be challenging at times Kelly maintains an awareness of everyone in the class and helps us to modify movements if and when necessary. .
Personally I feel that my core strength has improved, and as I get older Kelly is helping me to maintain a good level of mobility and general fitness.
